Agree…emotion is a important determinant factor for a company either to be ordinary or extraordinary in day-to-day operation. if we relate this theory to human being we could also see that emotion will determine whether a person easily frustrated or not with life. Thus, as emotion element is the closest counterpart to spiritual element, having good grasp in spiritual understanding will better manage the emotion to and thus lead to sustainable way of life ( tranquility of life insyaAllah ) ….as Allah said in the Quran hearts will find tranquility by remembering Him.
